I’m Leanne — a purpose-driven coach and community builder. I'm also a proud mom of two incredible young men, navigating life’s adventures with my amazing partner, Kevin, and our lovable lab, Sumo. Whether travelling, camping, or connecting with friends and family, I believe joy is found in the moments we create and the people we share them with.

With years of experience leading diverse teams, developing inclusive communities, and working within complex, high-barrier systems, I’ve learned that transformation begins with mindset. When we shift how we see success, failure, and our own worth, we unlock the power to align our lives with purpose and intention.

As a certified professional life coach, I work alongside women to uncover what truly drives them, break through limiting beliefs, and create sustainable action toward the life they were meant to live. I believe every woman has a purpose, and when given the right tools and an equitable foundation, she can achieve more than she ever imagined.
